Decimals – Addition , Subtraction
To add or subtract decimals, follow the steps mentioned below:
 Write down the numbers, one under the other, with the decimal points lined up.
 Put in zeros so the numbers have the same length (same number of digits).
 Then add or subtract using column addition or column subtraction.
 Remember to put the decimal point in the same place of the answer.
